CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations within 48 hours, or no shows will be charged at full price. This is to cover the loss of earnings from that appointment that I now cannot fill at such short notice. Rescheduled appointments within 48 hours will also have a charge added to the service price – this is again to cover my loss of earnings from that appointment that was allocated to you. Please arrive on time, as you have a designated time slot. Your appointment time is more than enough to ensure you receive your treatment. Lateness will erode into your appointment time and I cannot, and will not over run to accommodate your lateness. 15 minutes late = canceled appointment. Your appointment will still be charged at full price. Thank you for respecting my business. If I do not work then I do not earn, therefore it’s paramount my clients understand this, and why I must strictly enforce this policy.

AGREEMENT

LASHES

he information that you provided during your consultation is true to the best of your knowledge. You give permission to your tech to perform the procedure and understand that they will take every precaution to minimize or eliminate any negative reactions that may occur as a result of the treatment (ie; allergic reactions). You agree to follow the aftercare instructions given and understand that failure to do so can cause premature loss of the lashes, and, as such, your tech will not be held responsible. You understand that because of the natural lash cycle and wear and tear, You will need to maintain your lash extensions with touch up appointments recommended every 2-4 weeks to keep them full. Anything after 4 weeks is a new set. You understand that the tech is not responsible for removing makeup build up, and that extra charges may be added for cleaning, or the appointment/future appointments will be cancelled if constant makeup buildup becomes an issue. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your treatment then you MUST inform your tech ASAP, and no later than 72 hours after the treatment. You understand that your tech will not issue refunds on any lash treatment, but will always work with the client in the rare event of any problems. This agreement will remain in effect for the procedure and all future lash treatments and you must inform your tech of any medical history changes.

NAILS

The information that you provided during your consultation is true to the best of your knowledge. You agree to follow the aftercare instructions given and understand that failure to do so can cause lifting, breaks, and natural nail damage, and, as such, your tech will not be held responsible. You understand that because of the natural nail growth cycle and wear and tear, You will need to maintain your nail with fill appointments recommended every 2-4 weeks to keep them full (this depending on a person my person basis). Anything after 4 weeks is a new set. You understand that the tech is not responsible for repairing breaks and lifting as a result of client neglegance, and that extra charges may be added, or the appointment may be rebooked or extra charges for more time needed will be applied. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your service then you MUST inform your tech ASAP, and no later than 72 hours after the treatment. You understand that your tech will not issue refunds on any nail service, but will always work with the client in the rare event of any problems. This agreement will remain in effect for the procedure and all future nail services and you must inform your tech of any medical history changes.

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

Life happens! If you are in need of an appointment during times that are not available, there is an added charge of 25$ to the service fee. After hour appointments are availible on a case by case baisas and must be booked through text

REFUND POLICY

Due to products used, your artists time, and other expenses used to accommodate your appointment, refunds will NOT be issued under any circumstance for any product or service. Should you be unhappy with your result for any reason, you may reach out to your tech no more than 72 hours after your appointment to rectify your concerns. Complimentary fixes will be granted in a 30 minute time slot provided the correction is needed due to the fault of application or products. If you fail to contact your tech within 72 hours of your appointment, or fail to follow the aftercare instructions provided to you during and after your appointment, you will be charged at full price for the service desired.

OTHER ARTISTS WORK

If you are a coming from another artist and would like to book a fill, I would love to have the opportunity to give you the nails and/or lashes you've always dreamed of! For new client fills please contact me via text at 587 572 3423 so that I can get more in depth about what your needs and wants are, and what you currently have, before you book. New client lash fill has an added charge of 10$ on your first fill due to more time being needed to proform the service.

LASHES

Your set must be applied correctly using appropriate lengths and weights for your natural lashes. Proper application and isolation of the lashes is paramount to ensure you have a healthy non-damaging set of fabulous lashes. New client fills have an added charge of 10$ on the first appointment due to extra time needed. I kindly ask that you contact me prior to discuss your current set prior to booking a fill. If you fail to contact me prior to booking, your appointment may be canceled or re-booked upon arrival if there are time constraints. Extra fees will apply if extra time is needed. Here at Khaviar, natural lash health is held at high standards. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained, thus producing sub par work. If you wish to receive a new client fill, you agree that your current set of lashes may need to be removed and a new set applied at full price.

NAILS

Extra fees will apply if extra time is needed.  If you wish to receive a new client fill, you agree that your current set of nails may need to be removed and a new set applied at full price.
